This project was my architectural thesis and proposed a new system of building using 3D printing. Throughout this project, two main residential buildings were designed along with many different types of connectors and the different systems in a residence. Each of these different things showed how much actually goes into designing a building and how much thought and work it takes to redesign the building to become a 3D printed structure. This thesis rasied the questions of what is a door or a window in a printed structure? How do openings work? The embedded book above explains how I went about solving these questions and many others in order to copmlete this project.
